Terri, congrats on getting home! I had my surgery the week before you,and I'm just getting back on the boards today,so you're way ahead of me,Girl The binder was driving me absolutely nuts, the itching was really intense(the morphine made me really itchy as well,so I was going crazy the first 2 days, lol). It feels alot better to wear the binder over your shirt or nightgown, like someone else suggested. I'm going out to the YMCA to workout and also went to buy some more workout clothes this week, and I felt kinda silly walking around with the binder on for everyone to see,but I figure maybe they'll realise I'm wounded and will be nice to me,lol I swear, the pain gets better everyday,I could go off the pain meds at this point, but I do like to take it before I go to bed to help me sleep through the night(sleeping on my back in the same position is rough). I hope everything is going well for you and I look forward to seeing your success, keep hanging in there! ~Katie

I am happy you are home and I've joined you on the losing bench. It was good seeing you and I bet you will be happy to see your kids. Linnie
