ct state insurance (SAGA)

I have SAGA insurance i was wondering if any 1 else has this one and if yes did they get approved. if yes how? any info u can give me is greatly appreciated. ty :)

I'm not real familiar with it...is it contracted through a specific health insurance HMO?  Or is it the silver state card?  I googled it and found this info: Current SAGA medical assistance clients can call Community Health Network of Connecticut toll-free at 1-866-361-SAGA (7242) for information regarding covered services and referral to medical providers.
