Hey there Ms. Fussy How about some celery with peanut butter on top - or dip them in the peanut butter? I am always amazed how satisfying that is - its filling, its sweet and its crunchy - and there's protein in the peanut butter, and nothing in the celery. Also, have you tried any of the WW Truth About Carb dinners? They are pretty tasty - had one today - has 28 g of protein in it, and it was good -the chicken was really moist. Have a great day. God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau

Well, today is Neil's birthady so I have been baking and cooking all morning. I made Antipasta, stuffed peppers, a cake and rice pudding. This will be my first birthday/event that usually envolves food, but I am totally ready! I decided not to make a traditional bd cake. I made a cinnamon swirl bundt cake using sf applesauce, nonfat sour cream & splenda with NO frosting!! The antipasta is made w/fatfree dressing, peppers w/ ground turkey and the 2 desserts w/splenda! So that is what my dinner will consist of! Breakfast- 1pc toast with 1/2c cottage cheese Lunch- 2oz chiken & 6oz yogurt Christine
