B - 2 pieces of bacon
- low carb bagel with light chive cream cheese on it (2 tbl)
S - s/f jello ambrosia
L - 2/3 of Wendy's Taco Salad
S - Slim a Bear S/F L/F Ice Cream
D - Low Carb Lasagna
S - Soup -- this is a tough week for me, church convention, and there is food every single night after service.
About the pork rinds..that's one of the first things I threw up!
They were too dry. When I told Debbie at Dr. Valin's, she said the fat was bad in those. I don't think she realized my thinking..locarb. Even so.. I can't even think about them now, just b/c they made me sick. But, I say go for it.
It works if you're going locarb.
Today..nothing exciting.
L-salad & soup (locarb veggie)
S-handful of pumpkin seeds & diet lemon tea
D-hamburger meat w/sloppyjoe sauce & 2 potato wedges
S-sugar free hot chocolate & more pumpkin seeds
