I laughed out loud when I read this post! And I was wondering that too! I do look forward to seeing what everyone is eating.
Here is my menu for today:
B - 1 oz low-fat strawberry cottage cheese, 2 ozs. sliced monterery jack
and baby swiss cheese. (I brought a 5 oz container of the cottage
cheese, but could only gag down an ounce - yuck!) I don't know what happened, I lived on it when I was on pureed foods.
S - Protein shake
L- 2 ozs chicken breast with diced tomato and melted cheddar on top
3 tiny broccoli florets, 1 tbsp. wild rice.
D - Leftover tacos... Made them Saturday night, then hubby had dinner
at my MIL's. So, leftover's tonight.
Have a good day.
Anne
I think I found a good snack. I miss crunching into something. But I have been trying really hard to stay away from carbs. As my weightloss is very slow. Let me know if you think this is a bad choice or not. The only possible bad thing I could see is that it might be too much fat, but not sure.
FritoLay Baken-ets Tradition Fried Pork Skins

5 grams of fat
total carbs less than 1 gram
protein 7 grams
Let me know any feedback you folks might have about eating this for a snack.
Thanks
