But I have a question -- you say that it's a tentative surgery date -- what has to happen before it becomes definite? And when do you find out that it's definite? I agree with your decision to wait until Oct. 18th. You've waited so long already, but for just 13 more days you'll have the extra peace of mind of knowing that Dr. A. will be closer (just in case). I won't be at the meeting next week. It's my birthday and my husband's taking me out to dinner. Will you be going to the meeting the week after (Oct. 4th)? I'll definitely be at that one.
