Rich is out of surgery!

Hi, All! Dr. Aranow just said that Rich came through surgery fine, but that they're leaving his breathing tube in till he wakes up in the recovery room.  There's also a very slim chance that they may decide to keep him in ICU overnight, just to more closely monitor his breathing.  So if you're planning to see him this evening, he may or may not be able to have visitors.  I'll post again later when I know more (probably after 1 p.m.).

Thanks for the update - I sent him a "post card"!
