Hi Joanie, Not too many replies today. Guess everone is busy. Here is my menu for the day. B- 1 scrambled egg w/1 tsp. monterey jack cheese 2 slices lean pre-cooked bacon 1/2 hash brown patty (Bet you thought I was gonna say carb countdown yogurt ) L- just the grilled chicken in a McDonald's chicken salad D - 1 taco, 1/8 cup of refried beans I haven't had any protein drinks, bars, etc. Will have to have one later if I have room. I tend to eat differently on weekends, I just go with the flow as much as possible, but I do need to focus on getting in the protein I need. Weekdays I am so organized and structured... Have a good weekend everyone. Anne

I was getting sick of that yogurt you were having every day Anne! The weekends tend to be much less stuctured for me too. Never did make that white chili...I had some of the regular chili I made a couple weeks ago in the freezer for dinner. That should bring my protein up. I only drank 32 oz...so far..but I picked up a decaf iced coffee on my walk tonight (2.5 miles) and that will add another 20oz of fluid.,.so I should be all set. Mindless TV and computer surfing is on the agenda for tonight. Joanie

Mary Lou, I found them in Big Y..which just opened near us this past summer. They were in the frozen section..."The Western Bagel Co-The alternative Bagel" It was roasted onion..and not bad tasting..I still cannot do bread very well, so I only would eat half at a time. Joanie
