Figured I would fool a few of you into opening this post and maybe post!
What are we Eating??Friday! I was so busy yesterday..I didnt post,I know you've missed it!
B-eggwhite omelet with broccoli and cheese I ate 1/4 of what I ordered
S-Protein shake
L-chili with low fat cheese and lite sour cream
S-cup of lite peaches
D-shepards pie
s-protein bar???

Tricky tricky!!
Here goes...
B - Honey wheat English muffin, tiny bit of I can't Believe it's Not Butter & coffee. Coffee all day.
S - Two slices of roast beef.
L - Tuna salad. Secret recipe (add horseradish). I have a pita I might use, might not.
D - Grilled steak, butternut squash, spinach salad with feta cheese.
S - If I'm in the mood I'll have either string cheese or grapes.

I saw my Nutritionist yesterday and will start eating a little more than I have been in order to back off on the protein drinks. So this is day 1 and I have had:
B: 4oz coffee
1.5 tbsp scrambled egg with cheese
L. Sugar free pudding
For some reason I am very tired today and after breakfast I went back to bed until about 1:00 pm so my intake is not great. I think I will stick to the protein drinks for a while longer.

Okay, here goes....
before breakfast- 3oz body balance, cup of decaf green tea
b-slice of whole wheat toast with light cream cheese
s- whole wheat english muffin with a poached egg, cheese and ham (ate almost the whole thing).
l-chicken cutlet on a roll with let, tom, cheese and oil/vin. (ate most of the chicken and about half the bread) I try to stay away from white bread but I was out at a deli.
s-1 choc. licorice twist, cantalope
d- 4oz salmon and a salad with ital. dressing
s-I am sure I will have some kind of snack because by 9pm I am starving again. I will definatly have a popsicle and try to keep anything else I eat to protein.
