Tom,
You are doing great! Don't put so much pressure on yourself...you'll drive yourself to smoke! LOL! Just take it one day at a time...think about each one before you light it and if you decide you absolutely HAVE to smoke it then...do it! You'll find that you can go longer and longer without problems...when you finally stop it will be no sweat!
Congratulations on taking the journey!

Hi Tom,
I was a smoker for 15 yrs (2 pks a day) and thought I would never quit. I participated in a smoking study and was given zyban which really helped alot. I quit after being on it for 2 weeks, and had no craving for cigarettes. I haven't smoked in almost 3 months. It also helped me to lose the required weight for Dr. Aranow as it also curbed my appetite as well. Good luck!
thank you everybody for all the support on this matter.its tough but the urges are not as bad as the second day of trying .i never though tuesday would never end i,m thinking that when its all over i,ll be a rich man from saving on buying all the nails for my coffin.lol at almost $ 5.00 its going to add up quick yeeeeeeeehaaa....tom
