It's Official
Drum roll please....
I am an official member of the Century Club!
After many, many weeks stuck at a plateau, I've finally lost some weight! -101 lbs. in total for me!
Wednesday is my official weigh in day, so I didn't post it earlier, but I've been suspecting it since Saturday. The scale bounces around so much, that I've found I should stick to one day per week for an official weigh-in.
I saw the nutritionist last week and she helped me develop a plan to decrease my total calorie level while continuing to eat - since I'm always hungry! Guess it worked and needless to say, I'm very happy
Hope you all have a great day.
God bless,

-101 lbs.
I was just reading your profile this morning for some reason and there was something in there about being so close to the century mark and how difficult it was. I remembered the way you looked at the dinner the other night...I thought..she has to be pretty close. You look terrfic! Congratulations on 101 lbs..that has to feel so good. How many calories did the nutritionist say you were allowed? Just interested. Oh I know why I was reading your profile now...it came up when I searched special interests:Adoption. My daughter is adopted from Bulgaria.
Enjoy your day Kathy, you must be beaming!
Joanie
Hi Joanie,
I should stick to between 1400 and 1500 calories per day - believe it or not, I was up to 1800-1900 each day - I was maintaining my weight, but not losing. She also told me that I should increase my fiber -- keep in mind, this was specific to me while she was viewing my fit day menus - this might not be appropriate for everyone else.
Another adoptive parent - isn't it wonderful! I have 2 wonderful sons from Russia - they are incredible. How old is your daughter? How long has she been home?
Have a great day.
Kathy
