I was shopping for this yesterday at Shop Rite and found "no sugar added". Is that the same thing? I was reading the label and it looked like it had 7g of sugar carbs so I didn't buy it. Shop rite didn't have a lot in stock, if that was even the right stuff. Where do you all find it? Terri

No sugar added is the right one. There is no sugar FREE one. Since it is taken in small quantities, it's generally not anywhere near enough sugar to trigger any dumping. It's sometimes hard to find, but if you shop online for it, you can have a selection of flavors tht is generally better than what you can find in the store. I liked the mocha flavor best, but could never find it in a store. had to get it online. I'd give you the website...but I can't remember it. I'm sure you can find more than one that sells CIB NSA. GOod luck. Lisa C

I posted about this a few months back, not being able to find it at all. Stop and Shop hardly ever has any in stock (probably sold out), and Big Y never has it. I don't like having to go to Shop Rite for one thing, and it's crazier there than at Stop and Shop. I think trying to get it online is easier.

I used to use the SF Instant breakfast, now I only have it occasionally. I am soo into carbcountdown dairy beverage. The choc mixed with half white skimmed is perfect and I add my protein powder and the SF coffee syrup (vitalady.com) Twenty nine gms of protein and its tasty! Joanie

Thanks for the suggestion Joanie.. I think I will get some of both and see what I like best. I just got a box of Isopure packets with a variety of flavors at GNC. I wonder if I will like those. Terri

Terri, I never tried the packets, but I have had the bottle drink..which helped at the beginning because the milk just felt awful in my pouch at first. I should look for the packets, I need something I can mix together in a pinch. Joanie
