Tuesday-What are We Eating?
Hi gang,
This wasn't too popular yesterday..but here I am again anyway! Tonight is sixth grade open house at my daughter's school...Dontcha just hate those? I doubt I will have time for my 2 mile walk, but I need to get in a mile at least, so as soon as I get out of the car from work..I need to get walking. OK....here's my menu for the day...
B-protein drink
S-protein bar
water,water, water
L-salad with tuna salad and lite dressing
water-water-water
D-???? I am going to be soo rushed.. I am thinking another protein drink tonight.

Good morning one and all!
B - 1/2 honey wheat english muffin w/sugar free blueberry preserves (or jelly, I dunno)
L - roast beef wrap (homemade) with spicy mustard, horseradish and roasted red peppers.
S - String cheese
D - Grilled salmon, raw spinach/balsamic vinegar.
S - If I want I'll gnosh on some cottage cheese or grapes.
Of course subject to change...

Good Morning! It is another beautiful day here, isn't it?
Great sleeping weather too.
Anyway, here's my menu today:
B- Carb countdown yogurt, 6 oz cup
S- Protein shake
L- eggplant parm
S- Protein bar
D- Spinach/Ricotta Ravioli (from Costco) I'll be lucky to eat 3.
Not as much protein as usual, but I thin****asionally it's ok, right?
Trying to increase my water also, only been having about 40-50 ozs, and want to get up to 70-80 ozs.

Here is what I'll be having today..
B-protien shake..decaf and water
L- salad with maybe seafood salad without mayo..lite dressing
D- salad ..chicken
and of course lotsand lots of water all day long.
Going to clean my daughters apartment..the one she just moved out of this past sat.

Hi everyone
I've been really hungry today - hope it curtails this afternoon.
Breakfast:
- 1 cup cottage cheese w/ chives
- 1 cup diced cantelope
- 3 slices bacon
(don't you all think this is a lot at one sitting?) -- especially since I was hungry for a snack later?
Snack
- 1 very large banana
Lunch
- 3 oz tuna mixed with 1 TBL lite mayo and 1 tsp relish
- 15 Sesmark Sesame Crackers (yummy)
- 2 oz Dill Hummus (for the remaining crackers)
Dinner
- Homemade lasagna. I used Muellers low-carb lasagna, lots of part-skim ricotta mixed with chopped spinach, ground turkey, jar sauce and low-fat mozzeralla - very yummy (had it last night too)
Hope I don't have too many more snacks - but if I do, it will be a low fat/sugar free Klondike ice cream sandwich or some popcorn.

l - 2 oz boneless pork chop, corn on cob, applesauce (unsweetened)
s - tomato, cuke, chickpea salad
d- salmon with homemade salsa, fresh spinach
Things are better this week. Had a rough weekend...nothing would stay in
I see Dr. Bell on Thurs. According to my scale -30 lbs - will be 2 months post op on 9/21!
