Monday--What are We Eating?
Here we go again gang another week. I am back on track here..feeling better, but tired from my trip to the "gas station" Saturday night (aka Yale ER!)
B-protein shake...yummy! Carb countdown choc and skimmed milk..9g of protein pwdr and SF coffee syrup...sinful! and 29 g of protein total
S-Q-bar
L-Joanies Eggplant Parm...
S-1/8c of pnuts
D-salad with 2 oz of tuna
I havent had my walk in three days..I am really missing it. I need to push my water today too...my tummy seems a bit constipated today.

I am glad you are feeling better and that it turned out to not be serious!
B- carb countdown yogurt, 6 oz.
S- protein shake, 11 oz.
L- green salad w/swiss cheese & ham (about 1 oz each)
S- protein bar
D- corned beef- 2 oz, scalloped potatoes- 1 tbsp, green beans-2 tbsp.
I have been hungry all morning!! Not happy with that at all. But I guess hunger happens sometimes, right? (I spent many years Never feeling hunger, just have to get used to it).
