I've met all my steps required by Dr. Aranow...how long before they'll

schedule my surgery? My last step was yesterday.Both Dr.Daniels and Elina are recommending me for the surgery. I still have 8lbs (of the 20 he asked me to lose) to go...that's the only thing left for me. I will have to be off my tamoxifen for 1 month prior to surgery however. I now have Anthem hmo blue care for insurance...My insurance changed on Sept 1st. Just curious. Hope you are all doing well.

Angels check up on you the day of surgery to see how things are going. Calling a family member or friend so they can let everyone know how you're doing. Also to help you if you have any questions. I would be happy to be your angel if you want me to. Maggie

Congrats on getting all your appointments done! I know it was such a relief for me to have that all under my belt! As to when they will schedule the surgery depends on how quickly you can get those last eight pounds off. He will not schedule you until you lose that weight. Once you lose it and it's documented then Lois will give you a date (in July they were booking surgeries 4 weeks out) and submit to your insurance. Good luck in losing the final weight.
