question reguarding "bed assignment meeting" with dr giles?? HELP

Is there a pt of Dr Giles that can tell me if I will actually see Dr Giles at this appointment? I was told to bring my yearly fee for the dietican.. and I did recieve the large info book in the mail. I am curious because I have leave of absence forms that need to be filled out.. i was wondering if i can just bring them... or should i attempt another method?? the things you think about at this hour in the morning...
