. This picture was from the middle of July and I guess I have changed some even from then. I haven't lost much more weight (about 6 more pounds since that pic) but I guess there are other changes........
. I do need to get off this plateau. I have been making some changes and will see what happens. Right now I am more concerned about stabalizing my blood sugar. The weight will continue to come off eventually.
