Wednesday What are We Eating?

Seeing other posts really helps me too. I have gotten some great ideas from other people's menus!
I had 3/4 c of spagetti with tomato sauce for dinner...it filled me up. I had no protein with dinner so now I am drinking 12 oz of CC chco milk-18 g of protein..so I am covered! I need to exand my food choices...time to research some new recipes.

I had blood work done this am so didn't eat my regular breakfast. I am also now cutting out all fruit today as my sugar went back up to 140 without raisins!!!! I did have blueberries and cool whip last night.......we shall see. I go to my endrocronologist on Friday and will discuss it at length with him.
Breakfast- Strive Protein Bar
Snack- Large Decaff Coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 and splenda (my first since November)
Lunch- 1 scoop of tuna salad (not my own)
2 dill pickle spears
1oz of Atkin's crunchers
1/2 cup of mixed nuts with sesame stix
Dinner- Have of a chicken cordon bleu (not breaded), 1/3 cup of string beans with almonds
Snack?
I have had 80+ oz of fluids so far today and still going strong. Beth I am definitely going to try that Eggplant Recipe. Sounds YUMMY.

I saw the nutritionist yesterday, I really need to pay attention to my calories now.
Breakfast
- 1 cup l/f cottage cheese w/ pineapple
- 1 med. banana
Snack
- 1/4 cup almonds
Lunch
- Michael Angelos low car ham and cheese wrap
Snack
- 8 sesame crackers
Dinner
- Salsa Chicken
- 1/4 cup brown rice
- 2 Spinach Pancakes - these are yummy, purchased at the specialty freezer section at Stop & Shop - only 70 cals. each.
