CT-care approved me!

Hey everyone, I heard from Lois at Dr. Aranow's office and she says that I am all set with insurance, gave me some pre-op instructions and all that is left is a clearance from my PCP and a post op meeting and I am going to be heading for Mdlsx Mem. on 9-21! I decided to make an appt. with Kim Daniels to just talk about my jitters and hope that I can put things in order in my mind so I won't be jiggling like a bowl of jello off the operating table from nerves. Peter, I may pop into the Sweet House to chat with you too. My hubby was very sweet and bought me a wls book for my birthday Saturday. It is very good (The Patient's Guide to WLS) presenting positives and negatives about the surgery, but reading all the negatives gave me a couple of sleepless nights. then I started thinking that it is sort of like reading the warning labels on medications: just being aware of things that could happen, so I am just going to pray that all will go well and look forward to being BIG LOSER!! LOL. 14 days and counting... Terri
