Tuesday What are We Eating?
Back to Work--I skipped yesterday...I didn't have much of a plan..but didn't do too badly. I like planning better though.
B-carb countdown milk choc/and skim
S-protein bar
L-grilled chicken and salad-lite dressing
S-string cheese
D-tuna salad
Lots and Lots of water!
If I meet the gang at Chili's tonight I will have a salad....not sure I can wait until 7:30 for dinner!

D-Extra lean Ground Beef
Lots and lots of water. I finally seem able to get in over 60 ozs. now. I'll probably munch on a few sugar free popsicles as well.

B: scrambled Egg Beater with some grated cheese, 1/4 bagel, 1/4 wedge cantaloupe
In between: 1 decaf coffee with fat free coffee mate, and 60 oz water
L:2 1/2 ounces turkey breast, sliced cucumbers, 4 triscuits, 1/4 wedge cantaloupe
In between: another 60 plus ounces of fluid
D: 2-3 ounces boneless chicken breast, spinach salad and 1/2 peach
It sounds like so much more than everyone else, but it works for me.
