Maggie, I want to say thank you for recomming personal trainer, Linda. I met her last night and really like her alot. I like that kind of private fitness one to one than stuck up or judge perosnal trainer at Gold Gym or World Gym. It is alot of better than Curves ( for me i am not good excerise with group of people). I will starting to excerise with her after my recovery from surgery. She made me feel good about myself and will help me to build up muscle tone and lose weight. Kathy, You are very welcome. I can't wait to start working with her on Tuesday. I will be going to her home as it is closer than Niantic. She has a whole gym set up at her house. I love the fact that she has the three options of the gym, her house or your house. I think she's very reasonably priced as well. Maggie
