Wednesday--what are we eating?
Here is what I have had:
B-1 egg scrambled with cheese
S-2 thin slices of american cheese
L-protein shake with carbcountdown milk
D-1oz chicken with Frank's hot sauce and a 1oz Q-smart snack bar
S- probibly another shake
I am slowly able to increase my fluid intake. I am at about 48oz not including fluids mixed into protein shakes. I KNOW I have to work up to a min. of 64oz.
Chryssie
Chryssie,
I still have a problem with getting fluids in 2 months post op. I think counting the protein drink is correct for me. I have actually gone to Carb Countdown choc milk mixed with half skimmed milk...so that gives me 16 g of protein. I am noticing the scale moving faster going over the 60g of protein. The problem is keeping low fat and low calories...
