Off BP Meds

My PCP called me back and he gave me permission to go off the BP meds for good, although he did not agree with the way I did it! I had my BP checked 2x this afternoon..and it was stable at 135/80! Wahoo!! One comorbidity down the drain!! Joanie

Congrats! It will drop even lower I bet. Mine is around 122 over 60-70! That's a whopping 10-20 points lower than it used to be (the bottom number). Ann

Hi Joanie, Congratulations on getting off the BP pills. I know I was really excited when I got off my last one. I no longer need any pills for co-morbidities! And, I no longer have sleep apnea! Its a great feeling - go celebrate -
