I got weighed today..

OMG ... I had an appointment with my PCP today just for a follow up and to make sure I have prescriptions with refills to get me through the next few months. Well, they wanted to weigh me and I at first said no but I just had to. I'm going to Dr. Aranows check up appointment friday so that will be the official weigh in. I am down from 370 to 329 in 3 weeks. I am in shock and awe. I can't believe the weight is coming off so quick. I know I am not going to lose like this forever but it seems like a miracle. I just had to share my happiness. Thanks everyone for listening. ~Julie~ -41 lbs.

I am feeling really good. I do have my bad days though. I am having a little difficulty getting in all my protein. I think it's because I'm trying to eat it and not drink it. I'm working on that though. As far as pain, I have had a total turn around since surgery. My back does not hurt me as much. I never used to be able to walk even a 1/4 mile without being on the verge of tears and now I walk a mile with sometimes no pain at all. That in itself was worth having the surgery. Thank you for all your well wishes.

Julie, Yea for you. It was soo great seeing you at Dr. A's 2 weeks ago. I wanted to say goodbye but you were already in another room when I got out so I did not have a chance to talk to you again. I wanted to wish you good luck and tell you how good you were doing. I guess all those questions you had for Dr,A. paid off for you. 41 pounds, Holy ----!!!
