Anne, Enjoy lunch with your Dad...I gotta tell you guys..I bought these Atkins shakes for the weekend...Yuck!! Talk about awful! I am fininishing the last one today and its been three hrs and I have not finished this 11oz can. I put it over ice...it doesn't help at all! They are too expensive too! I had lobster TWICE this weekend...I am sick of that too! Can you believe I am craving a grilled chicken on a salad with lite dressing for lunch? Never thought I'd see the day! Joanie, It's funny how we all tolerate different things! Atkins shakes have been the ONLY shakes so far that I can tolerate. I tried the SF Carnation breakfast, which was good also. But as far as high protein shakes, Atkins is it for me... PS: For lunch with my Dad I had the insides only of a Cajun chicken wrap it had chicken and lettuce and tomato. Pretty healthy, but very spicy! Anne

Hi Joanie No problem. Anytime I can be of help, just Holla. Lets see for today. B- protein shake. S- 4 slices of cheese. L-Wendys chili with plain jr. burger. s-sunflower seeds Dinner-Steak with onions. s-if I have the need for something else, protein bar. lots of water today too. Luis
