meeting with surgeon

Good morning ladies and gentz i have a question for Dr. barba's patients, i was wondering i anybody can give me a heads up about whats going to happen at this meeting with dr. barba . are we going to schedule surgery that day or what please any information will be apreciated thanks Victor

Good morning Victor, I got my 'call' this week for my first appt with Br Barba. I asked Rosemary what happens at this first appt and this is what she told me. He will go over all of the consults appts we had. He will discuss if you are a candidate, which I am guessing we are since they have made the appt with the surgeon. He will tell you if you are able to have lapascopic or open incision. Go over operating room 'stuff, what ever that may be. She told me that probably 1 1/2 - 2 weeks after that she will call with a surgery date. BUT knowing how long it took for me (7 weeks) since my last appt with Melissa it will be longer then that.
