list of what we RNYers SHOULD be eating DAILY

Hiya folks..was wondering if anybody has a 'hard copy' of the list of foods we should be eating daily....i.e. how many servings of meat, veggies, grains ...including the serving sizes for our new plumbing....I am in the process of making my own 'deal a meal' cards so I won't have to keep all of that info in my head.....just eat it, move the card and be done with it.........................THANKS IN ADVANCE

This is such a GREAT question!  I am 4 yrs out and need to get "back on track" and would love a list.  We need some structure to keep using our "tool" properly.  Let's hear it from the real "old timers" and how they keep their weight off and what we should be eating. JA

Ok...here's what I did...I strolled on over to the other WLS website and did some snooping.....from what I can see....I will just focus on my protein for another 6 months...then if I have any 'room' left after my protein, I will add some veggies/fruit.......for a while, I increased my veggies....I ate quite a bit of them...and became hungry way too often.....now that I am re-focused on my meat, I am eating way less.................so there it is......meat, eggs, more meat......a little cheese and even more meat.....can you say "atkins"??
