Looking to start a coffee/walking/social group in Manchester area

Hi there! I wanted to know if any ladies or gentlemen would like to get together on a Friday night or a Sautrday afternoon and walk around a mall like Evergreen Walk, Sommerset in Glastonbury, or Buckland hills and then chill with a tea or coffee at Borders? Drop me a line.  I have been doing this for a couple of weeks now and I have fun.

I would like to get together sometimes, I live right near the Bucklad Hills mall. Also is anyone live near Manchester that wants to walk their dogs together? God Bless Connie

I live in East Windsor, and go to the dog park in SW frequently.  There are some nice paths around there as well (although I've never actually been on them).  I wouldn't mind walking a dog with you - would that work for you? Kathy

I have a 16 month old yellow lab (male) who thinks he is alpha to everyone!  He loves socializing at the dog park, however, and usually finds someone else with a similar personality, and they play just fine.  Maybe we could meet at the dog park, see how they get along, before trying to walk with them on-leash.  I find off-leash socialization to usually work best. The dog park is near the police station.  My kids are in school from 9 to 4, and most days, except for Wednesday, I'm free.  Let me know what may work for you. Kathy

I live up in East Granby, so SW is a trek to walk the dog, but I think it would be nice once in a while.  We usually go to the dog park in Granby.  My golden might like a change of scenery.  If you ever want to go on Saturday, when I have more free time, I'd love to join you guys.

I'd love to join in on this...  I live on the opposite end of Buckland/Evergreen in Manchester.  So its only a few minutes drive for me to get to ether Evergreen or Sommerset. Friday nights are a bit hard on me to get anywhere since I leave work after 5pm and by the time I make it home, make dinner, get the kids settled, its pretty late. I would love to join in if it were Sat Afternoon, that i can commit to!  Let me know!!!!

This sounds really cool.  I live in East Granby, but am in Manchester a lot since most of my family and friends are over that way.  I can possibly do Friday nights (if my mom will watch my son).  And I could almost definitely do Saturdays.  Let me know the details and I'll try to work it out.

I would love to do a dog thing but baby girl is a pansy with other dogs.

What time do you walk on Fridays? I don't get out of work (Windsor****il 4:30 ish, and work Saturdays.
