This weekend will be spent at the Brooklyn Fair-Saturday I'm videoing our dog agility club's demonstration-I'll use the footage on my television show. Sunday I'm the emcee for the demonstration. If any of you are out and about and looking for fun-come up to the fair. It's a great fair-small enough that you won't get lost and yet it has everything. The agility demonstration is always a big hit...people love to see the dogs doing the jumps, going through the weave poles and zooming through the tunnels. The dogs love it too! The demos run from 4-6pm...if you come up...stop by and say hi! Ann

Hi JA The school thingy has already started for me. My oldest started on Tuesday, Freshman in High School, cannot believe it. Within the next two weeks my other three start. This year, 4 different schools for us. What a year we are going to have. Anyway, for Saturday, depending on the weather, we will go to the pool, probably the last time this year we will be able to do this being that Labor day is right around the corner. Sunday will be a couple of Honey do things. As for me, all is going good. Still 13 lbs to my goal. Hit a plateau now for a couple of weeks. Only two weeks till my 1 yr post op anniversary. Hope to reach it by then, if not, it is not the end of the world. I know it will come. Thanks. Luis

Let 's see, this weekend I shall play Ruffles the clown (My other persona:- ) ) at the Kids Karnival in Old Saybrook. Its free by the way, if you have small kids its fun, from 11-2 on Great Hammock road. Then off to a Pampered chef party. Sunday, Churchand the usual Pastors wife routine, play the piano, nursery duty this week. I go back to work next Wednesday, I am an Interpreter for the Deaf in a High school. Where did the summer go??? Oh yes I know... getting all my stuff together for surgery!Woo Hoo! Oct 18th Here I come! Robin R

I have a crazy weekend planned. Sat. my 4 year old has to be at ChuckECheese for a noon birthday party. Then at 3PM we have an end of summer picnic. Then sunday is my birthday. I want to do some yard work and relax on sunday. My poor DH has to work ALL weekend so it will be just me and my "mini-me". I have been doing well. I finally found some protein drinks I like. I am down 30 pounds give or take depending on the scale's mood. I returned to work this week. It has been a LONG week that is for sure. I have not lost anything this week though which is depressing. Happy early birthday, Chryssie!! Another Virgo!! I'll bet you'll be really happy to have gotten this first week back to work over with. Too bad you won't have much time to recouperate! You're doing great with weight loss!! I think just about everyone goes into a little plateau a few weeks out of surgery ... it's like our bodies are trying to adjust to the new regimen. Kathy: Thanks for the b-day wishes!!! I am glad the first week back is over. All the questions and what not. The novelty of my being back has worn off. I know I should be psyched with the 30 pound loss but I am bummed I did not loose any this week!!! I wanted to be under 200 by my birthday. I have 3.5 pounds to go!!! I think my body is fighting going under 200. Anyway...thanks for the well wishes and have a sparkling weekend!!! Chryssie

Happy Birthday, Mine is Sept 3rd, so we are close cousins...Virgo Sister, For my weekend I'm going to buy my class C RV tomorrow morning in Yonkers New York. (31ft, Winnie or Chateau have not decided yet, sleeps 8). I was SUPPOSED to do it last weekend, but because of all the storms, (and we had no power), we had to put it off till this weekend. Sunday I plan on lounging by my inground heated pool for one last joyous hot weekend. Dont expect to get any more weekends to do that much with my sons race schedule starting to pick up. (He races motocross and every weekend is booked solid until the end of October). Maybe if Im really lucky I will get to do my all time favorite thing in the world. Scrapbooking. Maybe I will get some time to do that. I hear its going to be gorgeous this weekend, so all enjoy. Hugs Lauren

hey all! looking forward to some quality time with myself this weekend. The past two weeks have been constant and it will be nice to chill out. Tomorrow, will be 15 years that my brother has been gone. (DEB, MAYBE THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW ME? WHEN DID YOU GRADUATE?) I can't believe how time flies. My mom and I will spend some quality time together. I also have my niece tomorrow night for a sleep over. That will be fun. She is at that age, where she is fun. Sunday, I hope to chill out, eithier a good lifetime movie or to finish one of the three books I have started. Have a great weekend! Phyylis
