Hi Everyone, Well I met with Elania today. I had to lose 10 lbs by today. I did not make the weight..I have 3 more lbs to go. Wish Me luck so I can start waiting for a date. I plan to do shakes and walk as much as my disability will allow me. And say LOTS of prayers. Pattie

Pattie, I'll say a prayer for you. That must be the hardest thing in the world to do. I could not lose an oz. on my own before surgery! Good luck. JA

I know it is so hard to do it because I was there before. Drink alot of water and can you ride excerise bike at home? If you do not have it then try to buy used excerise bike or new excerise bike from store. The store called relay sport store in Groton. They sells good used excerise equipments there. I will keep you in my prayers. Hang in there! Hope to see you this monday coming Kathy K

Hi Pattie Congrats on the loss of 7 lbs, that alone is a great accomplishment. The other 3 lbs will come, just stick to it. Good luck and let us know when you get the big date. God Bless. Luis
