ASBS Walk 9-18...who's going???

Hi Everyone...who's going to the walk?? I sent in my registration form. I am very excited to re-connect with other WLS family. Since I am almost 3 years out, most of the people that I went through the process with have moved on, and so did I for a while...but due to some stress factors in my life, and "forgetting" about the rules, gaining a few pounds, I felt the need to come "home" and everyone on AMOS has welcomed me back with open arms. Hi Chris!! I'll be there too! I'm going to the meeting Monday night - I may be doing the "warm up" for the walk. I used to be an aerobics instructor and figured, why not?? Great to have you back, from a newbie!!
