What are we eating--Wednesday?
I should finish yesterdays here..I went to dinner at a new place by the water in Milford..Cancuon Charlie's...very authentic Mexican. Anyway..I had a chicken taco salad..had room for just the chicken...Everyone else had apps and desserts...I didnt have a real hard time with it..like I thought I was going to.
OK..here is today...tomorrow I leave for Cape Cod
B-protein drink
L-deli chicken and a salad
S-1/8 cup of pnuts
D-again I am not sure...total chaos tonight laundry and packing..and I need to get in my walk!!

Here is what's on the menu for today.
B: Carb Countdown yogurt, 6 ozs. & 1 string cheese (hungry today)
S: Protein shake
L: 1 steak medallion, two tsps. mashed potatoes, salad w/cheese
D: Not sure yet, few errands to do after work as well as a meeting with my daughter's kindergarten teacher. Probably take out chinese...

Don't be to sure that I won't be online on vacation! I am a great one for finding computers to use..while I am away..and I want to keep myself honest!! I am planning on picking up some canned protein drinks...for my trip..and I will do lots of walking.Any suggestions as to what kind of drinks are best? I am also going to buy some protein bars. We are going to a waterpark on Friday..then to my in laws...Bob's brother lives out there..and his sister just bought a summer home..eventually retiring there. We are staying at hotels..so it seems more like a vacation to us.

S-protein bar
L-Wendy's chili with a plain jr burger no bun added to chili for extra protein
S-will be handful of peanuts
D-will be whatever Mrs. cooks, will know when I get home.

I was busy running errands tonight for our trip tommorrow...so I stopped at Panera bread and got a turkey and artichoke panini...and I took two bites of the bread and ate the innerds...it was to die for! I have some Atkins shakes to take along with me and I bought those Q-smart bars someone suggested (on sale at Stop and Shop this week!)..Ten grams of protein...and 3 "inpact carbs" whatever that means...and they taste pretty good...not as expensive as those designer protein bars either! We are not leaving until mid afternoon, so I will pop on with my morning menu!
