What are We Eating Tuesday
I need to get some variety here..I am not getting sick of it yet...but I soon will be...anyway..same old stuff here
B-Protein shake
L-2 oz of roast chicken...cucumbers and tomatos..with my vinagar dressing...
S-1/8 cup dry roasted pnuts
D-going out with some friends...I will be good...I am taking a protein bar so I can just have a salad..if there is nothign I can eat...I am sure I can find something though.

Today I am having:
B: 6 oz cup of Carb Countdown yogurt
S: Protein drink
L: 2 ozs. chicken breast, and 1/2 cup salad. (although i probably can't eat it all.
D: we are going to a Steak House tonight, we got a gift certificate at Christmas that we are going to finally use. I plan on having either chicken or steak, (Bring on the doggie bags) and salad from the salad bar.

Just wondered about the rest of you. I can eat my 2 oz of protein..chicken really fills me up...but a salad....I can eat more of it than I used to..I am seven weeks post op...and I feel like its taking me more to get full than it used to...Is this normal. I am losing...not as quickly as some..is that the reason? I eat no/low carb...and lots of protein...how much is too much food?

Today was:
B-Carnation sugar free Instant breakfast w/skim milk.
Snack-handfull of peanuts
Lunch was 7 piece of honey bbq boneless wings from KFC, only had 4 thou.
snack will be 3 left over pieces of boneless wings
dinner-don't know till I get home and see what Mrs. made.
snack-either sugar free ice cream or protein bar.
lots of water today so far.

I'll bet I get the prize for most unique answer -- a tooth!! I had a root canal last month & hadn't gotten the crown yet ... and more than 3/4 of the tooth (what was left still looked like a real tooth) broke off & went down before I knew it!!! Guess where I'm going first thing tomorrow????
Other than that:
breakfast: Total Protein cereal with skim milk
mid-morning: Kellogg's breakfast bar -- blueberry flavor
Lunch: Turkey with rye bread, mustard

b - special k low carb cereal w/lactaid 1% milk
l - 1/2 sandwich bologna & cheese, I know it wasn't a great choice but
I had such a craving for bologna, oh well tomorrows another day
s - protein bar
d - barbeque night, chicken, squash & 3 bites roasted potato
yummy
s - strawberries w/fat free cool whip
