Thursday Food Log
I've been feeling out of control lately. I'm going back to basics.
I have a physical tomorrow morning with my PCP so I have to fast tonight
. I will be so hungry by 10:30 a.m. when they finish and I can finally eat. I'm going to take a protein bar with me.
B - Protein Shake, banana
L - Protein Shake, apple
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - Wendy's chili with cheese
It's almost the weekend. Yay!
