Another Goal Obtained!

Hey everyone, I missed you all while I was on vacation...it's funny how much I missed the CT Boards! I was wondering about all of you, hoping you were all doing great and enjoying the last few days of summer. Ugh, it kills me to type that! Where did summer go?? Anyhoo, I wanted to share with all of you the latest bit of good news...I am really, officially, honest-to-goodness UNDER 200 POUNDS! This morn I weighed myself and I'm 197 pounds!! I think the last time I weigh this was maybe 6th grade. I never thought I would be under 200, it's a dream come true. My final goal is to be 170...but I probably won't hit that until plastic surgery. Being 5'10" I think thats an obtainable goal. This surgery is a miracle and it not only saved my life but it gave me my life back! OK, so it took my hair away...small price to pay! LOL!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's fantastic news. You've come a long way! I remember how excited I was to get past 200. And at 5'10", you must look amazing. You've got over 8" on me!! Congrats!! XO Kathy F.

Hey JA! Ahhh, see, I cut my hair again, it's even shorter than it is in my profile! Funny thing is now I'm all into PINK...I think it's because I'm afraid people might mistake me for a boy! A tall, deflated flat-chested boy! LOL!!! Much love, -Deb

WoW Deb! That is wonderful news! What a transformation you have made. I was just looking at your before and after pics... It is just astonishing to see the changes this surgery can make for a person. Deb -- are we twins? I am 5'9" and I stepped on the scale last night .. 200.2 I am so effing excited! I can't wait to be under 200. It's a goal I wanted to not put a time frame on, so I am happy with it no matter WHEN it happens! Congratulations! My final weight I'd LIKE to BE - 146. We'll see. As long as I am under 200, I don't care what I weigh, to be honest! hahaha@it taking your hair away. You are cute. Welcome back - we missed you! Tara
