Monday--What are We Eating?
B- Coffee (1/2 Cafe)
and then later Total Protein with a little sliced banana.
L- Salad with Tuna and various veggies
D-??? I have a craving for grilled steak, so it probeble will be grilled steak with squash (maybe a little bit of corn on the cob- who can resist that summer corn?) and Watermelon for dessert.

Ok I'm in today...I keep forgetting to post what I'm eating
B - 1/4 cheerios 1/2 c 1% milk (lactate)
L - sliced turkey, sliced ham, sliced american cheese (thinly sliced 1 piece each) 1/4 c fresh pineapple yuuuummmm
snack - fat free sugar free banana/strawberry yogurt
D - ??? Not sure yet..maybe some fish yumm

What back to work??? Worked all weekend!
Anyway................
Morning snack before breakfast................ 2 hands of salted cashews
Breakfast......... 1 egg omlet with slide american cheese and onions/peppers/mushrooms. 1 slice toast...........
Whatever the rest of the day holds, it holds.
Lunch.......... hoping for a sandwich.
Dinner............. after group presentation tonight. That's all I know

I am 1 week post-op today!
Breakfast -4 oz coffee
Snack- sf jello 4oz
lunch- 4 oz beef broth -Yum Yum!!
sips of water mixed with a resouce drink-16oz (takes almost all day for this)
Snack sf jello 4oz
Supper 4 oz beef broth
Does this sound ok to everyone. I was told to not worry about protein at this point but to concentrate on getting the clear liguids in. It takes me at least an hour to eat the jello.
