Nothing like the truth.  I messed up so far today.  I hope I can get back on track. B - half a banana - was a whole one until I had to get rid of half of it. , 50 cal.        Protein Bar later at work. 180 cal. 19g protein S - box of raisins, cal. 130, 1g protein L - 3/4 cup of barbeque pulled chicken. 200 cal., 18g protein.  Here is where I messed up -       half a bag of dark kettle chips - 140 cal., 2g protein S - Yogurt with blueberries,  100 cal., 6g protein D - Protein Bar, 180 cal. 19g protein Cal. 980, protein 65g Have a good day.
