Out with my 11 yr old daughter, Lauryn--school shopping. Its going to be a tough year...gone are the days I can bring home a bag of clothes that "just fit"...LOL I swear if I say I like something....its sure to be something she thinks is "digusting"...LOL Ahh parenthood..ain't it grand? OK..here goes B-protein shake L-egg white omlet...cheese...mushrooms..left half D-Chicken, tomato and cucumbers and if I had any room...corn on the cob. snack-sf ice pop...I am waaaaaaay behind on water so I better get cracking...

Hi Joanie, Well I guess we are the only two that ate today B: 3/4 c special k low carb cereal 1/2 c lactaid 1% milk s: protein bar l: 2 oz ham, 1 oz cheese d: 3 oz tuna, tomato, onions, lt mayo on a low carb wrap s: cheese & crackers lots & lots of sunrise crystal light and water Hope everyone has a great week, Mary Lou P. Thanks for sharing what you are eating Joanie and others. It really helps me to see that some regular eating can start soon after surgery. It is really great to hear your creative ways to make the food go down easy and what you are putting together for meals. This really is like learning how to eat all over again isn't it? Terri

That is exactly what is is Terri! Its amazing what I get full on. I know I get fuller on protein than vegetables... I am trying to keep variety...so I don't get bored. I am going to start cackling soon from all the Tuna I am eating!! Joanie
