Tuesday Food Log
Alright everyone,
We are two months into the new year and this is the beginning of a new week (if you had President's Day off). Let's renew our commitments to weight loss. I, for one, have been playing around with my daily intake and it's been getting me no where. Sooo back to the daily log. Let's push forth with renewed spirit and just do it. Hopefully, I'm not alone in this.
B - 1 Egg with cheese - 120 cal., 12g protein
Banana - 105 cal., 1g protein
L - Lloyd's pulled barbeque chicken - 210 cal., 18g protein
8 wheat thin RF, 65 cal.
S - yogurt with blueberries - 120 cal., 12g protein
D - 3 oz. Chicken and spinach - 190 cal., 32g protein
S - 8 oz. glass of FF Choc. Milk - 160 cal., 8g protein
Totals= Calories 970 , Protein 83
Going to get those 5 lbs. off to get me to Onederland. I will, I will, I will! Taking a mile and a half walk at lunch hour.
