Thank you!

I want to thank everyone that responded to my e-mail on Tuesday. I hardly never post on the board I mainly do a lots of reading. I am sorry I couldn't post earlier but I didn't have access to my computer. I was away from home. On Tuesday I was very down and nervous because my only 3year old nephew had to have a major surgery on Wednesday at Shrines Hospital in Springfield MA. So I guess my emotions were running all over the place and that created some worries for me. Because I see how hard it is for my sister to take care of her son I guess I didn't want my family to go threw the same thing it is very hard to take care of someone who has special needs. But I am back on track; my mind is clear on what I want. My nephew taught me so much he was so brave he never stopped smiling even when they gave him medication to relax him he was cheerful and wanted to play the nurses were very surprised they were waiting for him to fall asleep so that could put the iv in. Every thing went fine he just had some complication because the anesthesia and the intubations loosen up some mucus and that created sever asthma attacks and they had to give him therapy every 15min for a few hours but thanks God he is fine now hopefully he should be home by Wednesday August 25th. So I wanted to thank everyone who wrote back to me when I was down. Usually I'm a very happy person. I really appreciated all your input you guys gave more confident and a boost in my journey to WLS. Thank you, Glenda Flores PS tomorrow I have an appointment with my psychologist and I will share with her the little episode I had on Tuesday.

Hi Glenda! I am very familiar to having family pressures, so if you EVER need to vent, please feel free to email me. I truly, truly mean that. Good luck tomorrow at your therapist's office. They certainly are good ways to vent!
