What are we Eating Friday?
I love these posts. I get lots of great food ideas!!!
B- Myoplex ready to drink shake 25g protein
L- 2 oz. cottage cheese
D- I will try a shrimp or two out of the Zupa d' pesce (SP??) I ordered for my DH and son
S- Nectar shake 23g. protein
Plus I will drink as much water as possible today. I am trying to be good and up my fluids as I have been light headed lately.

Well..unprepared as I was I did pretty good today...
B-deli chicken and lo fat cheese...roll up 10 oz protein
S-Isopure drink 10 oz for 20 oz of protein
L- Pharmacy rep brought lunch at work--2 oz of tuna on 1/4 of a hard roll..no top=
12 oz protein
D-carnation ins breakfast sf..with protein pwder= 20 grams protein
Tonight I am going to the neighbors..and I am bringing shrimp ****tail..(nice guest, huh?) so I can treat myself a bit...
I went grocery shopping...and my house is full of good/healthy things to eat. Big Y had a variety pack of instant breakfast..up until now I could only find sf choc...the strawberry was yummy
