Congrats Heidi and Robin, I cant wait to meet you both at the dinner. Its funny you talk about no one asking questions. I was just conversing with a friend whose daughters just had the surgery in Mass. One is a nurse. She said that she has found a lot of people dont do the research, dont care about the complications, its almost like its a new fad diet to loose weight for them. Like all the other things theyve tried, so its like dont bother telling me the details just do the surgery please. She said that those are the ones that have the least success and dont do as well. I know I am NOT ever going to fall into that group. You guys are going to keep me accountable for the rest of my life. Youve heard of the First Wives Club, well we will be the WLS club. And I propose that every year we take a trip together and do something fun to celebrate our WLS and new found us. Tomorrow I am buying a new 31ft class C RV, so i say, every year, I take us somewhere fun just us WLS Girls. Whatcha think......? They still have not put my picture in here. I sent them one but they must be busy. Lauren

Hi Lauren, Robin , Heidi and I are looking forward to meet you at Ct Dinner. That is super idea for all CT WLS Ladies and Men to go on field trip or go on vacation per yearly. Everybody and we can talk about this at Ct Dinner. It is very important to get edcation about this surgery because it is a major surgery and it is not quick fix! I am so glad you came in our Ct Message board and we will take care of you like a family here Kathy K
