What Did you Eat today?

Today I had:
B-Sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast with a cup of Skim Milk, 2 slices of Sharp Cheddar.
L-Small cup of Wendy's chili and added into the chili, a plain junior burger (no bun) for extra protein.
Sn-Zone Perfect protein bar
Dinner- 2 meatballs in gravy with lots of grated cheese.
Sn-1 scoop of Sugar free Vanilla ice cream.
Don't know how much water today, just kept drinking all day.

Okay, now you will all find out how much I really do eat .........
Breakfast- 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1 spoonful of sourcream and lots of garlic salt. 3 small slices of pre-cooked bacon
snack- 1/3 cup or so of cajun flavored trail mix
Lunch- about 3 oz of ham in a salad with fat free cheese, pumpkin seeds, tomato, onion, lettuce, bacon bits and Marie's Ranch dressing
4oz of Mussleman's Lite Mango Sauce, 2 dill pickle spears, 1/2 bag of atkins crunchers
snack- mixed nuts with raisins (about 1/2 cup)
Dinner- chicken with mushrooms and onions cooked in white wine (about 4 oz. 1 corn on the cob with butter
snack - 1/3 cup (uncooked) popcorn ........no butter, a couple of sugar free candies
I have had about 120 oz of fluids today..........

b - 1/2 c special k low carb cereal
1/2 c lactaid 1% milk
1/2 banana
l - 2 oz lf cheddar cheese
10 little carrots
10 grapes
s - protein bar
d - 3 oz chicken in fat free gravy
1/4 c corn
s - nuts
about 80 oz of variety of liquids

Here's what I ate:
Breakfast -6oz cup of non-fat yogurt
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - 1/2 - 3/4 cup lettuce w/1 tbsp. cheese, 5 croutons
lite dressing
Snack - string cheese
Dinner - 3 ounces General Tso's chicken, 2 teaspoons pork fried rice
the insides of 1 fried dumpling
Water- 40 ounces throughout the day
Ok - here's what I had yesterday - once again, confession is good for the soul!
B - 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese with pineapple topped with
5 blackberries and 1/3 banana
Low carb Bagel with 2 TBL low-fat cream cheese
S - Zone Perfect Bar
L - 2 slices lean deli ham, 1 slice deli cheese and a mancini pepper on a whole-grain oat & wheat wrap.

S - s/f jello with cottage cheese, fruit and fat-free cool-whip
D - 2 beef hotdogs (1/2 low-carb roll)
1 corn on the cob
3/4 cup summer squash
S - 2 cups of low-fat microwave popcorn.
See - I really do eat alot! Yesterday wasn't the best day for choices either.
