Chryssie, Great job!! I am sure you feel better already losing the 23 pounds. Enjoy the rest of your time off but I do know what you mean about getting back to work. It helps to build a routine and have a more structured schedule. I know that I have time frames for how much water I drink by what time etc. Its easier to eat and drink when there is routine. WOW You go girlie !!!!!!! that gives me hope..!! congrats on getting off the medication..that is THE most important thing .... well that and the being healthy....i have ur number and will give you a call as soon as things calm down for me..i gave notice at my second job, so i will have more time for me again..it just wasnt worth it..and i do so want to hear EVERYTHING !!
