In need of good vibes

Hi everyone, I'm the angel to a wonderful woman named Karen who has been denied by insurance AGAIN. Appeal after appeal her insurance keeps finding random excuses to deny her. As I would be she's emotionally drained and willing to throw in the towel. If you have a few spare minutes, would you drop her a line to give her some support? I think it might do her a worold of good. Plus our CT board is so faboo, and she's in NH and well, they are rather lame, oops, I mean quiet.
