Question about Dr. Tran?

Hello! Does anyone know for certain if Dr. Tran performs lap-band surgery as well as RNY? I had called the office and was told no - but the Bridgeport hosp and OH sites both seem to say yes!! Now I wonder if the person who answered the phone misunderstood me... Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Kristen Dr. Tran does RNY. I had to have an open RNY with him, so he is capable of doing both. Hope this helps. Luis

If you go to www.inamed.com, they have a surgeon locator that takes literally seconds for them to e-mail you a list of surgeons in your area who are certified to do the Lap-band in your area. Inamed is the company who makes the Lap-band. Hope this helps. Carmen
