Hump Day Log
Its wednesday, its raining, dreary and I wanna go home with a cup of tea, get under the blankies and read a good book... wishful thinking but one can dream, right?
B - 3oz of homemade tuna fish salad
S - 1.5 oz of mozzarella cheese
L - 3oz of chicken breast and some Alfalfa Sprouts
S - 1oz of peanuts
D - 2oz of flounder with an ounce of baked sweet potato
Fluids - water, decaf coffee, tea. One of the water bottles I'll add Crystal light and unflavored Unjury to it.
Excercise - 20min walk during my lunch... might have to walk around the second floor lobby area if this weather keeps up but I will move today!

Had to make an edit, at the last minute i decided I really didn't care for the soup and the sprouts looked good so I just ate that with some chicken.
