Laurie,
Whenever I need directions I am coming to you! These are awesome. This is going to be a great meeting. The head of our EAP Department at the Health Center is going to address all those emotional concerns so many of us have. She is good, I've heard her speak before. She also knows first hand how hard it is to lose weight and keep it off.
I know for me, it is that fat thinking I still have. Like when I know I've had enough and this little voice in my head says oh, just one more bite. I can't tell you how many nights I've spent in agony because of that damn voice.
So please join us!
