Hello, I just thought I would throw this out here on this message board. I have a brand new wedding dress that unfortunately due to cir****tances beyond my control I never got to wear to get married. It is now too big and I was wondering if anyone was interested in a size 26/28 Ivory wedding dress or knew of anyone that would be interested. I would consider a modest offer. Darlene, there is a bridal/clothing consignment shop in Taftville CT which is right next to Norwich CT name of "Love me Two Times" I take all my Big clothes there including a bridesmaid dress for a weddng I was in at my biggest size. The store is very well known and does very well. She's been in business with it for over 20 years! The owner is wonderful and I've made some good money on my older things. She is selective, not expensive but gets good money for the thngs. She's open wed thru saturdays. Appointments to drop things off are only necessary for over 6 items. I also buy my clothes there while I'm losing so quickly! My job needs me to dress nicely but geesh who wants to spend alot of money on a suit that is only going to fit for a month? What a great idea!! I'm in the process of planning a wedding & don't want to spend a fortune on a dress. I may look this place up!! (I'm kinda hoping to be fitting into my friend's size 10 by wedding date, but wedding dresses always run small & she's an B cup, compared to my D cup!). This is good info! Kathy F.

Hi Darleen, There is also a bridal consignment shop in Glastonbury. It's called Brides to Be. I bought by wedding dress there 13 years ago. They have been in business for a long time also. They are located on the New London Turnpike---it may be closer to you. Laurie
