Great!  The crowds have already begun to gather around my area... Obama is expected at the Civic Center in Hartford and I work right in front of it.  Getting home, I expect it to be a nightmare today in terms of traffic and congestion. B - 1/2 hard boiled egg, 1/2 12 whole grain toast  -  5g protein, 8g carbs S - 12oz decaf coffee with 1scoop of chocolate unjury - 20g protein, 4g carbs L - 2oz of seasoned ground beef with 1oz of tossed salad greens, 1cube of cheddar cheese - 20g protein, 1g carb S - 1 red pepper ring, 2 yellow pepper ring, 3 baby carrots, 2 cubes of cheese, 2 cubes of melon (veggies are raw) - 9g protein, 7g carbs D - 2oz of seasoned ground beef with 1oz of tossed salad greens - 16g protein, 1g carbs Evening - Unjury scoop in tea or SF spiced cider - 20g protein, 1g carb Fluids - Tea, coffee, water (plain and flavored with SF Crystal Light to Go) Excercise - 30-45min workout at home after kids go to bed. Totals: Protein - 90g Carbs -  22g Work had a post game party and they brought tons of food.  I've been craving fruits and veggies, especially in raw form and since I've been slowly introducing some of these back opted to make a small plate of things i could eat... that's my PM snack stuff...    I don't know why but meats and raw veggies/fruits are all I want the last few days and seeing how I can't see how they can be bad for us, I'm slowly trying the veggies I crave and see how it settles.  So far peppers have been awesome, as well as carrots, lettuce, cucu's (minus the seeds), asian pears, small pieces of apple.  I've tried only about an ounce or so of each when I try them for the first time or two...  and thankfully have had no issues with any of them...

B - Protein Bar/Applesauce
S - Box of raisins
L - SB Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad with an apple peeled, cored and cut up in it. S - Sun chips - cheddar
D - yogurt with blueberries (in between classes)
S - 8 oz. 1% Milk (when I get home at 9:00 p.m.)
Exercise - Got a half hour brisk walk in at lunch time. Fluids - Almost at 50 oz. right now and I've got 8 more hours to bedtime so I'll make my 64 ozs if not more. Be careful going home. Bev
